A member of the Inspection Department, they collaborate with Juube in order to participate in the F-City investigation.
Appearance[]
??? has short, brownish dark purple colored hair that flips up at the top and has a piece draping down, going across her face, and brown eyebrows.
Their eyes are a pale-ish blue, and they have short eyelashes and thin-rimmed oval glasses.
For their outfit, they wear a light purple-toned cape that drapes down their back, a large purple coat with white stripes and white dots, purple pants, an orange string, purple pin above the start of their coat and under their coat, they wear a white dress shirt.
Their boots are knee-length, deep purple in color and have white stripes on them.

??? is a mysterious person that is first seen approaching Juube with a proposition to team up together in the investigation into F-City.
They are formal and polite.

??? approached Juube with a proposition to work together in the investigation into the happenings of F-City.
Telling Juube that rumors spread fast, ??? offers their assistance in Jouvet's investigation by lending her the help of their subordinate, Fan Lit Fan.
Though Juube seems to be somewhat cautious around ??? at first, she later makes a proposition to ??? that they work together after Fan Lit Fan's death in F-City. ??? responds in turn by telling Juube that it seems they'll make good partners.
Fan Lit Fan[]
??? is the superior of Fan Lit Fan.
They introduce Juube to Fan Lit Fan with the instruction that Juube can treat Fan Lit Fan like her own subordinate. They seem to be quite familiar with Fan, as they place their hands on Fan's shoulder with ease.
When Juube delivers the news of Fan's death to ???, they show no concern beyond asking if her fate is certain, seeming more inconvenienced than anything else.
