Toko (トコ) is a Mascot character of Magical Girl Raising Project: Limited.
Toko is from the Magical Kingdom and a member of the Magical Girl Resources Department.

Toko is a tiny fairy with congo pink hair tied into a high ponytail on top of her head by two lace pieces. She has blue eyes.
Toko wears a frilled white tabard decorated with black bows on her lacey collar, in the front of her tabard, and at the sides of her hips. She wears white lace gloves and has similar lace pieces around her ankles. Her wings appear to be made from lace and are decorated with hearts.
There is a bow decoration on the top of her wand.
Personality[]
Upon her first appearance, Toko appears to be a kind fairy with the best intentions for humanity and the newly transformed Namiyama Magical Girls. However, Toko's act becomes quickly transparent and is soon dropped.
In actuality, Toko is very selfish and manipulative, her love for magical girls is very thin, and she will not think twice about using others to save herself. She tends to act like a spoiled child when things don't go her way. Despite this, Toko is shown to have a keen sense of intelligence. despite being childish and bratty

Rain Pow is Toko's master. Toko transformed Rain Pow into a Magical Girl.

Toko was responsible for transforming her into the Magical Girl known as Captain Grace.

Toko was killed by Rain Pow under Pukin's brainwashing. Pukin ate Toko to gain a boost in power.
Twin Dragons Panas[]
In The Story of Ramen Twin Dragons Twin Dragon Panasu wanted water from Toko's bath, as the aforementioned heard that a fairy's bath water could be used to make delicious ramen. Toko initially rejects Panasu and calls her a pervert with suspicious motives, and says that she isn't food, but eventually agrees to a 12-hour bath after Panasu bribes her with the promise of gifts. When Toko asks if she can use bath salts, Panasu replies that she can do so with seasonings.
