Ratsumukanahonomenokami (ラツムカナホノメノカミ) is a character first appeared in Magical Girl Raising Project: QUEENS.

She is the incarnation of one of the Three Sages, whose name is still unknown. She and Yoshioka worked with Osk's Faction to stop Puk's Faction.

Ratsumukanahonomenokami is described to have overflowing, silvery bundles of hair with colorfully patterned braids. Her braids are so plentiful that they cover her eyes, mouth, and her costume, making it hard to see her kimono. It is said that even though you can't see her clearly, she is so beautiful that it's easy to tell that she's a Magical Girl.
