A Graduate of the Archfiend Cram School, Nomilina is a troublemaker who is always searching to surf on difficult waves.

Nomilina, Lord of The Last Wave is described as cheerful, flippant, and sarcastic. Her desire to ride on difficult waves has led her to become quite the troublemaker, despite having no bad intentions.

To ride any wave she wants.
Nomilina, Lord of The Last Wave can use a surfboard to ride, or rather manipulate, on any wave that she desires. This includes electromagnetic waves, sound waves, and just normal waves.
However, she seems more preoccupied with riding any wave she can as opposed to actually using her power to attack or defend herself.
