Monako (もな子) is a character who was first mentioned in Magical Girl Raising Project: JOKERS and who first appeared in Magical Girl Raising Project: F2P. She later makes an appearance during the epilogue of Magical Girl Raising Project: White.

She is an alumni of Archfiend Cram School and was a participant during the 36th Hell Survival Games.

Human

As a human, Monako has shaggy brown hair that reaches all the way down to her waist. In White, she is described as wearing a leather overalls motorcycle riding suit, which is halfway stripped off. She wears a T-Shirt with "I'm a Magical Girl, but I'm off duty right now, so I won't transform." written on the back.

Mariko Fukuroi describes her fashion sense as aggressive. Due to being old enough to drink, Monako is clearly an adult as a human.

Magical Girl

Monako has light brown hair tied back in a small ponytail fading into purple highlights. She has a giant red ribbon tied behind her back with two long fluffy ends fading into white. She wears a short black coat with a red rope tied around it. She also wears white boots with purple heart decorations. A red ribbon is tied around her right thigh.

Personality

Monako is an experienced fighter with impressive combat power, as she was able to easily fend off both Stella Lulu and Lala Luna at once. She appears to have a playful and sadistic side as she enjoys fighting for pleasure, similar to her friends, Amy and Marika Fukuroi. Despite her chaos-loving personality, Monako appears to have a stronger sense of responsibility than Marika does.

Amy

Monako and Amy are best friends. They are usually seen together wherever they go, even in human form. The pair most commonly drink and fight together. They are not regarded well by others and are thought of as no-good delinquents, especially by the likes of Styler Mimi.

Marika Fukuroi

Monako and Marika are best friends.

Styler Mimi

In Archfiend Cram School’s Hell Christmas Party, Styler Mimi refers to Monako and Amy as "Idiot and Trash" respectively.

Etymology

• Monako's name is written in kanji/hiragana (いさ子), with the hiragana having no special meaning. The kanji in her name, "子", means "child."

Trivia

• Despite making her official debut in Magical Girl Raising Project: F2P (2017), she first appeared in Hell Survival Sponsored by Archfiend Cram School (2015) which was a bonus story included in the C88 set being being ported over to Magical Girl Raising Project: Episodes Δ although she did not have any interactions in that story.
