Miss Ril (ミス・リール), also known by her real name Satoko Kanegafuchi (鐘ヶ淵聡子) is one of the main protagonists of Magical Girl Raising Project: Black, Magical Girl Raising Project: White, and Magical Girl Raising Project: Red.
She is a member of Class 2-F's Group 1 at Umemizaki Middle School and was originally recommended to the academy by the Management Division.
Appearance[]
Human[]
As a human, Satoko has short brown hair that curls in towards her face with wispy bangs. Her eyes are the same color as her hair. She is described as "plump." She wears a school uniform.
Magical Girl[]
As a Magical Girl, Miss Ril has fancy, metallic-like hair with curls to the side. She has a fancy-looking token on top of her forehead, with a matching metallic crown. Across her face, her skin appears to be cracked with metal scraps dangling from her hair. She wears a ruffled, bronze pink collar. Her outfit consists of a very fancy chrome and silver dress with long, draping sleeves. She wears a tight sash around her waist with more fancy rolls across her dress. Presumably when in her metallic state, her entire body becomes lustrous.

Miss Ril is very friendly and social, enjoying starting conversations.

Can change her body into different metals.
Miss Ril has the ability to change her body to any metallic material she is holding in her hand.

In White, Miss Ril contacts Ragi with the hopes of meeting with him to thank him for selecting her for the class.
Snow White[]
After Snow White transfers to Umemizaki, she and Miss Ril become classmates.
Snow White asks Miss Ril to take her to see Ragi, explaining that she needs Miss Ril with her so she doesn’t get turned away. Miss Ril is nervous around Snow White, but takes her nonetheless.

Etymology[]
Real Name[]
- The name Satoko means "intelligent, clever, bright" (聡) (sato) and "child" (子) (ko).
- Satoko's surname Kanegafuchi means "bell, chime" (鐘) (kane) and "abyss, deep pool, depth, edge" (淵) (fuchi).
Trivia[]
- She was recommended to the Magical Girl class by the head of the Magical Girl Management Division, Ragi Zwe Nento, who ironically hates Magical Girls.
- Miss Ril’s name is most likely a pun on Mithril, a fictional metal.
- The romanji for Miss Ril's name (ミス・リール, Misu Rīru) is nearly identical to that of Mithril (ミスリル, misuriru).
