She genuinely cares for her immensely, despite Ruler attempting to sever all contact from her former workplace. She praises her work and cooking abilities, calling her a talented person she greatly admires.

In The Great Leader’s Distress, the two meet up accidentally while Ruler is searching for her team. Although she protests, Yuka rejoices at finding her close friend, bringing her into a coffee shop, reminiscing about Ruler's talents and her experience at work before she had quit. Ironically, Yuka reveals the workplace had actually gone downhill after she quit, despite their boss treating Ruler as an inferior. By the end of their visit, Yuka and Ruler exchange contact information.
