Magical Girl Raising Project: F2P (魔法少女育成計画 F2P) is a webcomic series by Asari Endō and drawn by Ryota Yuzuki. Besides the first two chapters, the comic updates a chapter bi-weekly and it is only available online for a limited time.
Synopsis
What are magical girls?
Different from the mages, who use power for their own, magical girls are people who received power from the Land of Magic and use it to help people in the world.
Two magical girls from the Land of Magic's R&D Division and Human Resources Division, Spinon and Alma, head to F-City in response to investigate and secure a magical girl with the ability "to cancel death". However, when they arrived, what they saw in F-City was something they did not expect...
