This volume is the latest side novel and a collection of short stories that tells the lives of the Magical Girls throughout the franchise. It also features a character from the spin-off Manga, Magical Girl Raising Project: F2P.

During the events of Magical Girl Raising Project, Tsubame Murota finds herself faced with the opportunity to fulfill a romantic trope she has been fantasizing about for years; A husband forgetting his lunch and his wife rushing after him to give it back with a kiss. When her husband forgets his packed lunch, she quickly transforms into Top Speed to hurry and give it back to him.
Shortly before the events of Magical Girl Raising Project, Magicaloid 44 starts looking for a new way to make money using her magical girl powers. La Pucelle, wanting to get Snow White a gift of appreciation for her upcoming birthday, asks Magicaloid 44 if she has anything good for sale. Realizing the opportunity, Magicaloid 44 starts offering different items with the hope that La Pucelle will buy them.

Before the events of Magical Girl Raising Project, Ruler spends her break in Jounan Park, N-City. Unbeknownst to her though, this leads to several encounters with the human forms of other Magical Girls , including: Magicaloid 44, Snow White, Ripple, Top Speed, La Pucelle, Sister Nana and Winterprison, the Peaky Angels, Swim Swim, Tama, and Calamity Mary.
Before the events of Magical Girl Raising Project, Yoshiko, Sumire and Koyuki were having a conversation regarding the recent sightings of the rumoured Magical Girls. As usual, Yoshiko was still in disbelief about Magical Girls being real. Along the way home, she encountered various Magical Girls but still denied the existence of them even after being saved. Although, she now believes angelsexists.

The Making of Magical Girl Raising Project (魔法少女育成計画ができるまで)
Before the events of Magical Girl Raising Project: Restart, Keek had made a request to the Magical Kingdom in which she wanted the Magical Girls who were under Cranberry's test to be re-examed, as she viewed them unfit to be real Magical Girls. Denied by the Magical Kingdom, she decided to conduct her own re-examination using her magic. Unable to create the project by herself, she divided her workload with her Cyber FairyFal, whom she uniquely modified.
Taking place during the events of Magical Girl Raising Project: Restart, Pechka attempts to lighten up the mood amongst her teammates by mentioning how outside of the game, it was the fall season. After mentioning harvest season, Clantail, Rionetta, and Nonako mumble about foods, much to Pechka’s confusion. After thinking on it within the real world, Pechka decides to create food fitting of the autumn season for the team to eat within the game. This decision leads to Tomoki becoming her taste tester, who immediately becomes confused by the strange food combinations that she ends up making.
Before the events of Magical Girl Raising Project: Limited, Shadow Gale is given the opportunity to spend Christmas away from Pfle, as she is busy organizing a department Christmas party. Shadow Gale decides to secretly host her own Christmas party, sending an invitation to Clantail and asking her to invite her friends as well. Many Magical Girls show up, although the party quickly becomes very different from what Shadow Gale had planned.
After studying human customs, Tepsekemei grows curious about holidays. After 7753 teaches her about New Year's, an intrigued Mei ignores her warnings and leaves the house to ask various people about its customs. On New Year's day, Mei hopes to successfully converse with Mana using what she learned. Taking her by surprise when she mentions "hime-hajime", Mei perceives her reaction as appreciation and continues to chant it, much to Mana's embarrassment.
Lounging around together one day, the Pure Elements decide to do something special with their summer after Inferno's insistance that summer is the season of the Pure Elements. Despite their apprehensions about Professor Tanaka allowing them to go, she buys them bus tickets and sends them on their way to enjoy some fun in the sun.
Many years before the events of Magical Girl Raising Project, Archfiend Pam, Pammy, and Fav oversee the 36th Hell Survival Games, a battle royale between the strongest Magical Girls of the generation. Meanwhile, a mysterious assassin is planning to kill Archfiend Pam.
Concerned about Shadow Gale's safety, Pfle assigns the Magical Girl Patricia to guard her. Feeling smothered by constantly being followed by Patricia, Shadow Gale tries to find different ways to get Patricia off of her back.
Taking place after the events of Snow White Raising Project, Snow White is made aware of a bounty on her head put out by an unknown source. Snow White must then fight for her life against various Magical Girls who seek to assassinate her.
La Pucelle is concerned about the criminal activity Calamity Mary is causing around N-City. Planning to meet with her, La Pucelle infiltrates a building she believes to be Calamity Mary's base. However, the building in which she visits ends up being a trap. Another Magical Girl, Stella Lulu, shows up to help La Pucelle out of danger. After they escape and get to talking, the two find out they have more in common then they realize.
