Jouvet (ジューベ) is one of the characters of Magical Girl Raising Project: F2P.
She is the commander of the F-City investigation and a Magical Girl from the Research and Development Division.

As a Magical Girl, Jouvet has long light blue hair with no bangs and wears a headband made of flowers.
Personality
Jouvet is a serious and calm person and is especially level-headed when doing division work. She is also intelligent and goal-oriented.
She does not appreciate the fact that the effects of her magic only comes into effect after the twenty-four-hour deadline.
Magic
To show the truth with a magical pen.
When she writes a sentence with her magical pen, after 24 hours, the sentence will be blue if it's true and red if it's false, even if she can't tell if it's true or false.
Once she writes a sentence, she can't write a new one until the truth of the old sentence is revealed.
