Halna Medhi Melen (ハルナ・ミディ・メレン) is a character that appeared in Magical Girl Raising Project: Black.
Halna is a Mage and the principal of Umemizaki Middle School.

She is described to have pointed ears and heterochromatic eyes. Her appearance seems to have an elf motif.
Personality[edit | edit source]
As the headmistress of the prestigious Umemizaki Middle School, Halna is a strict woman with high standards. She demands respect from her students and won't hesitate to exercise her authority. She also seems to favor students who might help improve the school's reputation, whilst being needlessly strict with those she dislikes.

- Contract (Black Ver): Similar to other contracts seen in the series, the person who signs the contract cannot break it. It's unsure what the punishment would be if one were to break the contract.
Relationships[edit | edit source]
Calcolo[edit | edit source]
Halna and Calcolo maintain a superior-subordinate relationship. She does not seem to like the latter's timid nature, wanting her to behave as one would expect from a teacher at the esteemed Umemizaki Middle School.
Kana[edit | edit source]
Halna has displayed nothing but contempt for Kana due to her criminal record. She does not like her attending Umemizaki Middle School and warned her she'd be expelled at the first sign of trouble. She also seems to dislike her on a personal level, only answering her questions so she'd leave her alone.
Mepis Pheles[edit | edit source]
Halna wanted Mepis to let Kana stay at her house, and went to ask her directly. After Mepis disrespected and swore at her, not knowing she was her headmistress. Halna changed her request into an order, punishing Mepis by forcing her to let Kana stay over at her house.
Snow White[edit | edit source]
Halna was overjoyed when the famous Magical Girl Hunter transferred to Umemizaki Middle School.
