Fal (ファル) is a Mascot character of Magical Girl Raising Project: Restart, Magical Girl Raising Project: JOKERS, Magical Girl Raising Project: ACES and Magical Girl Raising Project: QUEENS.
Fal was from the Magical Kingdom and a former member of the Information Technology Department but was transferred to the Inspection Department. He was originally Keek's Mascot character.

| In Restart, he served as a guide to the Magical Girls in the game while he reported Keek's actions to the Magical Kingdom outside of the game with the latter sending Snow White to deal with her. |
| In JOKERS, Fal is Snow White's Mascot character. While Fal is concerned with Snow White's instability, he also supports her. |
| In ACES, Fal continues to support Snow White and the rest of the Puk's Faction. |
| In QUEENS, after being separated from Snow White, Fal cooperates with various other Magical Girls. |
| In the epilogue of Red, he manages to make contact with Lapis Lazuline III and Princess Deluge through a device made by Shadow Gale. |
Appearance[]
Mascot[]
Fal has the appearance of a goldfish with a black-and-white color scheme. His right eye is deep pink, while his left eye is black.
Personality[]
Fal is a very charismatic and caring Mascot. He genuinely cares for Snow White.
Relationships[]
Keek[]
Keek is Fal's former master. He disagreed with her plans but was powerless to stop her. Thanks to Keek, Fal has several mods. Asari Endo commented that the thoughts Fal harbors towards Keek are quite complex.
Snow White[]
After the events of Restart, Snow White becomes Fal's master/partner. Fal cares deeply for Snow White and would do anything for her safety.
Uluru[]
Fal and Uluru meet during the events of Aces, they barely interacted in that moment. During the events of QUEENS, Fal worked with Uluru to save Snow White.
Shadow Gale[]
Pfle[]
During the events of Restart, Fal tried to assist Pfle and the other magical girls however he could and hoped for their survival.
During the events of QUEENS, Fal worked with Pfle to save Snow White. Fal relates to Pfle a lot, specifically her dedication to Shadow Gale, as he feels a similar dedication to Snow White.
Restart Characters[]
Mana[]
When Mana worked with Snow White prior to events of Aces, whenever Mana got mad due to Snow White's lack of cooperativity, Fav would tell Mana about Snow White's real and positive opinion of Mana. Snow White and Fal's relationship somewhat remembers her of the relationship she had with her sister.
CQ Angel Hamuel[]
During the events of QUEENS, Fal worked with CQ Angel Hamuel to save Snow White. They both worked good with each other. When Hamuel asked Fal to do something he thought would be harmful to Snow White he refuses to do so, which makes Hamuel insult cyber fairies saying how they're worse than the normal ones. Fal proceeds to insult the Osk Faction mocking them for how much they depend of third parties in order to achieve something. The comment got on Hamuel's nerves but she decided to ignore it. Despite that small confrontation, they remained working together pretty well.
Yoshioka[]
Fal met Yoshioka at the end of QUEENS and was thrown to space by Pythie Frederica.
