Magical Girl Raising Project Double Shadow (魔法少女育成計画double shadow) also known simply as Double Shadow, is a reading drama for the Magical Girl Raising Project series.
The reading drama features two stories, Double Shadow and The Blue Magical Girl Asserts Herself Ver. 2 (青い魔法少女の自己主張Ver.2)
It was performed at Sogetsu Hall in Minato City, Tokyo.

| After becoming Magical Girls, Pfle and Shadow Gale begin experimenting with their abilities in preparation for their upcoming selection exam. At the same time, Echo EX Lantern begins training Zipstep after the latter saved her from Archfiend Pam and after discovering she too is preparing for a selection exam. Archfiend Pam, upset that Echo EX Lantern got away, continues to hunt her down. As the day of the exam grows closer, so too does a confrontation between all the magical girls... | ||

| Synopsis | ||
| Set before the events of Magical Girl Raising Project, Blue Comet goes to the Magical Kingdom, meeting 7753 and discovering that she is unable to officially claim the name Blue Comet due to it already being taken by another Magical Girl. Numerous attempts to try and convince 7753 that she should keep the name are made, however none of them work. Eventually, Tot Pop joins them, revealing that she has become lost while looking for a supposed stamp rally. | ||

- Initially, it was planned for Reina Kondō to play the role of Shadow Gale, however due to complications with her health, the role will be played by Mikako Komatsu.[1]
- Because of this, the bonus acrylic stand given to those in attendance is only voiced by Pfle (Nanjō Yoshino).
- Following the final performance, Anime Designs for Pfle, Shadow Gale, and Pechka were shown off to both those in attendance as well as anyone viewing the stream.
- Reportedly, designs were also shown for Magical Daisy, Nokko, Genopsyko Yumenoshima, @Meow-Meow, Lapis Lazuline, and Cherna Mouse. These designs were only shown to those in attendance.
