She was one of Old Blue's apprentices to become the next Lapis Lazuline, but ultimately failed to pass the qualifications.

Magical Girl[]
As a Magical Girl, 0 Lulu has long hair pulled down into large twin braids. The upper half of her hair is a dark brown with light purple streaks, while the lower half of her hair is dark purple with pink streaks. Her braids are tied together at the end with a pig-shaped pin and pink bead. Her eyes are green with red pupils. On her head, 0 Lulu wears a black headpiece reminiscent of those worn in Chinese Opera, with a pig outline being present on the front. White, Dark violet, and black puffballs are attached to the sides.
0 Lulu wears a long black robe with gold trimming that reaches down to her feet, her sleeves being so long they cover her hands. In an illustration, Lulu is seen wearing jewelry on one of her fingers.
Personality[]
0 Lulu is a forlorn, indifferent magical girl who works under the First Lapis Lazuline. Though she is an apprentice of Lazuline, 0 Lulu views her Master in a negative light and finds her to be mistrustful and wicked, not able to understand why Ranyi worships her. Though 0 Lulu does not trust the First Lapis Lazuline, she still follows each and every one of her orders, albeit not without private complaints. She is shown to be pessimistic, as she often laments that the job that the First Lazuline gave her is bottom of the barrel, and regards having to watch over Ripple as a "trash job."
Because 0 Lulu did not pass the qualifications to become a Lapis Lazuline, she views herself as somewhat useless. Her low self-esteem is also attributed to her relationship with her parents, who sold her for money. Feeling isolated from everyone, she doesn't get along with her fellow Lazuline candidates.
She has no qualms in killing people that stand in her way, though she derives no pleasure from it either, instead remaining detached and thinking of her actions as necessary. She thinks of Ripple as selfish and arrogant for not wanting to do what needs to be done when it comes to killing her enemies.
One joy 0 Lulu has is in her stones. Though she thinks that her magic isn't as glamorous as the Second Lapis Lazuline's, she finds comfort in them.
Magic[]
Releases the power hidden in stones.
0 Lulu is capable of amplifying the powers of different gemstones. The stone's power is determined by what it means in the stone language. She can also mix stones together and amplify their affects, such as when she used three different gemstones to make Pythie Frederica think Pukin was still alive. Lulu does not need to be directly with the gemstone for her magic and the effects of the stones to work. After her magic is deactivated, the gemstones will disappear and leave behind only grains of sand.
The nicer a gemstone is, the more useful it's effects will be. However, due to her lack of wealth, 0 Lulu only uses what she considers "useless" gems.

- Gemstones: Gemstones that 0 Lulu uses, all of which have different meanings and powers. 0 Lulu considers them less flashy than The Second Lapis Lazuline's.
- Large Magic Gem: A Gemstone given to 0 Lulu by The First Lapis Lazuline. It lacks a refined special meaning, and is used by the Magical Kingdom as an energy source. Lulu uses it's energy to quickly heal Ripple's injuries.

Ripple[]
0 Lulu was tasked to guard Ripple and watch over her recovery in White by the First Lapis Lazuline.
She does not have the highest opinion of Ripple, regarding her as somewhat of a selfish, loose canon. She resents her Master for sticking her with Ripple, thinking that of course a failed Lazuline candidate would get stuck with such a "trash job."
After a long conversation in which Love Lulu and Ripple opened up to one another, talking for hours about things they usually never would talk about with anyone else, the two began to trust in one another and started to get along better. After Ripple is severely injured after a battle with The Black Knight Guinnefirra, Lulu is the one to immediately rush to her aid.
The First Lapis Lazuline[]
0 Lulu is the apprentice and partner of the First Lapis Lazuline. She thinks of her master as an unreliable, cruel person, and doesn't seem to have the best opinion on her, though she keeps this to herself and does as she asks. When 0 Lulu struggles taking care of Ripple, she puts all of the blame on her master.
The Second Lapis Lazuline[]
0 Lulu's exact opinion towards The Second Lapis Lazuline is unknown, although she does compare her magic's use of gemstones to her, considering it less flashy.
Ranyi[]
0 Lulu and Ranyi are both the apprentices of the First Lapis Lazuline. 0 Lulu finds Ranyi to be naive, looking down on Ranyi for "worshipping" the First Lapis Lazuline like a God.
Pythie Frederica[]
0 Lulu is working with the First Lapis Lazuline to take down Pythie Frederica. Using her magic, 0 Lulu hid multiple of her magical stones in Frederica's hideout to make her believe that her old ally, Pukin, is alive and a threat to her. 0 Lulu also kills and attacks numerous Magical Girls allied with Frederica.
Pukin[]
During the events of White, 0 Lulu uses her magic in order to trick Frederica into thinking that Pukin was still alive, and had been the culprit behind attacks on Frederica's mercenaries. Lulu's personal opinion about Pukin is unknown.
The Black Knight Guinnefirra[]
Chimiera Kakuryo[]
0 Lulu helped Ripple fight Chimiera Kakuryo, ultimately killing and taking her out by stabbing her. Lulu considered the action a great sign of teamwork between her and Ripple, but became frustrated when Ripple was upset about the killing.
Shocksinger[]
While Ripple fought The Black Knight Guinnefirra, 0 Lulu approached Shocksinger and used her magic in order to convince her into surrendering.
Silent Wave[]
While Ripple fought The Black Knight Guinnefirra, 0 Lulu approached Silent Wave and used her magic in order to convince her into surrendering.
Princess Lightning[]
0 Lulu is shocked to discover the countless number of Lightning bodies when she arrives at Umemizaki. Lulu considers her to be the Lazulines' ultimate weapon, but remarks that even she was unaware that she could be multiplied.
